Yes, go in today. Notice first, and document everything. §82.107(d) lets the association enter after notice to stop water damage, and notice is not consent: you have to give it, you do not have to receive a reply. Send it on every channel, post the unit door, take a second person, and keep the scope to stopping the leak. Waiting for permission is not caution, it is liability.
